At Santi Peccatori, we believe that a fragrance should feel like your truth.
If your selection doesn’t resonate, we are here to guide you toward the right one.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened, sealed in its original cellophane
  • It must be in the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our creations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Engraved or personalized bottles
  • Items purchased during private sale or at a discounted price
  • Any product that has been opened or used

Sets & Complimentary Samples

If your order included:

  • Complimentary samples
  • Or was purchased as part of a set

👉 All items must be returned unused and complete to qualify for a full refund

Exchanges

To ensure accuracy and speed, we do not process direct exchanges.

Instead:

  1. Return your original unopened item
  2. Once approved, receive your refund
  3. Place a new order for your preferred selection

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • Include photos of the issue

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to preserve the integrity of our service.

  • You may request cancellation before shipment only
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
