How can I contact client services?

For any inquiries regarding your order or our scents, please contact our client service team. We are available Monday to Friday to ensure your enquiries are answered.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to the Island of Ireland, UK, and Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

Free delivery on all orders above €45 within the Island of Ireland, and above €210 for UK and European destinations. For orders below these thresholds, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Island of Ireland: 3–5 business days.
Europe: 5–10 business days.
UK: 5–10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the package has left our House, the order is final.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened, with the original cellophane and security seals completely intact.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Any bottles that have been engraved or personalized are final sale. Additionally, discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I exchange a scent?

The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return your unopened bottle for a refund and place a new order for your preferred scent. This ensures your new scent reaches you as quickly as possible.

Do I need to return samples?

If your order included a complimentary sample, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging along with the main bottle to qualify for a refund.

Is my data secure?

At Santi Peccatori, we value your anonymity. Your personal data is handled with strict integrity and is only used to facilitate your entry into the society and the delivery of your orders.

I opened the 3ml sample but decided the scent isn't for me. Can I still return the main bottle?

Yes. If you have used the 3ml sample but the 100ml main bottle remains unopened and its original seal is intact, you may return the package. In this case, we do not issue a refund; instead, you will receive a Credit Note for the full value. You can use this credit to select a different scent from our house, which will also arrive with its own 3ml sample for you to test before committing.

How do I use my Credit Note?

Once your return is received and the integrity of the main bottle is verified, we will issue a unique code to your email. You can apply this code at checkout for your next purchase.
